Welcome to the memorial page for

Brent Everett Carroll

October 5, 1980 ~ November 17, 2017 (age 37) 37 Years Old

Brent Everett Lewis Carroll was born on October 5th, 1980, at Harriman, Tennessee, to Glenn and Debbie Carroll. He was the second child to bless the Carroll household; he has an older sister, Michelle Schlonies, who lives in Canada with her family. Brent has two children, Brent Landon and Brynna Evie, who attend Coalfield School.

Brent came from a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many loving friends. Brent ' s grandmother is Florence Phillips from Harriman. His aunts and uncles are Connie Wheaton, Ruth McCarter, Robert Carroll, Regina Jett, Maria Carroll,  David Carroll, Teresa Breeden, and special friend Jeannette Cox.

Preceding Brent in death are his paternal grandparents, Lewis and Nina Carroll, aunts and uncle: Julie Carroll, Dora Jones, Geneva Ray, and Roy Phillips. He has many relatives and friends in Chatsworth, Georgia, and Scott County, Tennessee, besides the local ones.

Brent was an animal lover like his father. He had a favorite dog, Balto, an English shepherd, which Glenn bought him when he was five years old. Balto would walk Brent to the bus stop every morning when he started school and be there when the bus brought him home each evening.  He had many other pets, too, including his ponies.

Brent was an avid athlete; he played basketball and football and excelled as a running back for Oliver Springs High School. He enjoyed his time coaching the youth at Oliver Springs in areas of baseball, basketball, and football.  After marriage, he built a contractor business which was very successful, but his number one job which he loved was being a father.  His postings on public media were all about his children. Brent went to rest in Jesus on November 17th, 2017.

A Memorial Service will be held for Brent, Saturday morning, November 25, 2017 at 10:30AM at the Coalfield Seventh Day Adventist Church with Pastor Lonnie Cook officiating.
