Mrs. Pauline J. Walton, age 87 of Coalfield passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at the Lifecare Center of Morgan County. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and worked for many years for Red Kapp Industries.  She was a vivacious lady who loved to be with people and always had a friendly smile for everyone she met.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Mattie (Stringfield) Jones;

First husband, J.D. Wilson.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Luther A. Walton;

Daughters, Claudette Jones and husband, Gary and Paulette Goodman and husband, Benny;

Son, Biff Wilson and wife, Nancy;

Step-children, Don and Jan Walton, Jeff and Brenda Barnett, and Don and Pat Gill;

Grandchildren, Travis (Stephanie) Goodman, Chad (Kelli) Wilson, Boone (Mandi) Wilson,

Dillon Wilson, Kellie (Steve) Cochran;

Great-grandchildren, Wilson, Brady, Bryson, Maddex and Mavrik;

Six step-grandchildren and 10 step-great-grandchildren;

Sisters, Margaret Silvey and Roxie (Gene) Seiber;

Brothers, Ed Jones,  Bobby (Brenda) Jones and Johnny Jones;

Close and faithful friend, Pat Kennedy;

And a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members and good friends.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 26, 2016 from 11-12:00 noon at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Coalfield.  The funeral service will begin at 12:00 with Preacher Bill Edmonds and Bro. Kirk Wallace officiating. Interment will follow in Western Cemetery, Coalfield.
