CINDY LOWE Obituary

Cindy Tucker Lowe, age 46 of Harriman passed away Wednesday, September 4, 2019. She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Georgia Briggs Tucker.

She is survived by her children, Billy Brannon and Marquilla Brannon, ex husband and friend, Mark Brannon, sisters, Melisa Sandorval (Jose) and Dawn Bump (Drew) and several nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will have a Memorial Service Friday, September 13, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00pm at Courts of Praise Church, Harriman.
