Delorice “Elaine” Aslinger Garrett, age 60 of Harriman (formerly of Windrock) passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at her home. She was a loving mother and her kids were her “whole life”. Elaine was a Christian and was a member of Union Valley Baptist Church in Windrock.

She is survived by her children, Westley Garrett of Harriman;

Tracy Jackson of Kingston;

Sister, Gloria Aslinger of Harriman; Brother, Logan Aslinger of Windrock;

Nieces and nephews and many other family members and friends.

Close friends, Jennifer Taylor, Sena McPeters and Tena Ward.

A “Celebration of Elaine’s Life” will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 10:00 am at

Union Valley Baptist Church, Windrock Rd. Oliver Springs, Tn. Pastor Wayne Morgan will officiate the service.
