Edward Cofer

Mr. Edward “Eddie” Cofer, age 62 of Rockwood passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Eddie was the owner of Cofer’s Tire and Auto in Rockwood. He loved the Smokey Mountains, hanging with friends and family. He was Popeye to his grandkids.

Eddie was preceded in death by his Father Howard “Speedy” Cofer; Brother Tim Cofer.

Eddie survived by his wife, Tammi Cofer;

Mother, Wilma Todd Cofer;

Sons, Jason Cofer and Trevor Cofer;

Daughters, Jessica and Donnie Buck; Samantha and Matt Taylor;

Granddaughters, Olivia Coffey, Vivian Buck, Autumn and Isla Taylor;

Sister, Darlene Cofer;

Brother, Marty Cofer, Joey and Enza Cofer;

Eddie survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and good friends.

On Wednesday, December 26, 2018 from 4-8:00 pm family and friends will gather at Clymerville Baptist Church in Rockwood to "Celebrate and Remember the life of Eddie Cofer"! 

Everyone is invited to attend and to share good memories of Eddie and to honor his life well lived.
