Frances A. Miracle, 83, of Oliver Springs passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Diversicare of Oak Ridge. She was born in Bell County, KY on January 2, 1934, daughter of the late Garret and Catherine Green Miracle. She had been a secretary for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Laura Davenport, Ethel White, Ninnie Howard, Jossie Helton;  brothers, Gilbert Miracle, and Garrett Junior Miracle.

Survivors include her sister, Loretta Miracle (Lawrence) Losh;

And a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services were held on Monday at 11:00 am at the Arnett and Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Taylor officiating. Burial was in Balkan Cemetery, Balkan, KY.

The family received friends on Sunday from 6-8:00 pm at Arnett and Steele Funeral Home in Pineville.
