“Life Takes Us on a Journey…Love Brings Us Home”

John went home to be with the Lord and his parents, Edward and Donzella Hicks Underwood on May 20, 2018. John is survived by his wife, Jennifer Underwood;

Mother-in-law, Pearl Bell; His children, John Underwood Jr., James Andrew Underwood, Amber and Joseph Martinez and his granddaughter, Annalyn;

His Brothers and Sisters, Cathy Harmon, Thomas Underwood, Kandice Goodman and Brandon Underwood;

Step-daughter, Donna Kessinger and husband, Thomas and their children, Eddie, Leland, Joey and Thomas of Oliver Springs

And many other family members and friends.

Cremation was chosen with no services. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Oliver Springs First Baptist Church, 206 Roane Street, Oliver Springs, TN 37840.
