LESLIE RAY WAKEFIELD

Leslie Ray Wakefield, 45, of Oak Ridge, TN lost his long-fought battle with cancer on July 11, 2018 at Parkwest Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robin Wakefield of Oliver Springs, TN;

Grandparents, Luke and Barbara Tinker of Oliver Springs, and Lloyd and Geraldine Wakefield of Oak Ridge;

Leslie leaves behind his parents, Larry and Linda Wakefield of Oak Ridge;

His children, Brandon and Skylar Wakefield of Oak Ridge;

Nieces, Courtney Wakefield of Hazlehurst, GA and Caitlyn Moore of Coalfield;

Leslie was a member of Union Valley Baptist Church. He was very proud to serve as Tennessee Constable for our area. He had a deep love for his children, family, church family, and you can’t forget his love for Tennessee Football!

The family would like to thank the nurses at Parkwest Medical Center, all of the doctors and nurses for his care throughout his battle with cancer, and his pastor, Bro. Wayne Morgan.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Union Valley Baptist Church on Saturday, July 21st at 2:00 pm.
