Sandra A. Parker, Age 72, passed away peacefully in her home after a long battle with cancer, in Oak Ridge TN, on November 3, 2017.

Sandra Parker was preceded in death by her parents Betty and Clyde Reynolds. She is survived by her son and daughter in-law, Ken and Cindy Daniels; daughter and significant other, Tanna Mellard and Mike Turpin; daughter Jaame Knight; daughter and son-in law Pamela Spencer-Kelly and David Kelly; brothers Emmitt and wife Teresa Reynolds; Donald and wife Julie Reynolds; John Reynolds and David Reynolds; sisters Mary and husband James Johnson; Doris Wilson; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.j7
