Velma Ann Cox, age 64 of Briceville, TN passed away Sunday, October 22, 2017 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Forrest and Agnes Kelley and several brothers.  She loved knitting, sewing and watching football especially the Vols on TV.

Velma is survived by her brothers and sisters, Step-children, nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren, husband, Richard Cox and many special friends at Big Lots and Waffle house where she worked over the last several years.
