Buster Ruley Duncan, fondly known as BR, of Dutch Valley community passed away on 11-22-21 at his home.

He was born Dec. 30, 1950 to the late Joe and Laney (Byrge) Duncan of Frost Bottom and later moved to Dutch Valley.
