Frank Orick

Frank “Frankie” Paul Orick, age 46 of Coafield passed away on April 2, 2026 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. Frankie loved sports with football being his favorite. He was a graduate of Coalfield School. He loved his children and grandchildren and spending time with them. He never met a stranger and loved everyone.

He was preceded in death by his father Frank Orick; paternal grandpa Paul Orwick; maternal grandparents Ben and Frances Jones; granddaughter Sage Orick; uncle Randy Jones; cousins Davey Hall and Jamie Jones.

He is survived by his wife Amber Orick; children Noah (Miriam), Parker, Wyatt and Patience Orick

Grandchildren Vaan, Jensen and Abel Orick.

Mother and Step-dad Peggy and Ronnie Weaver; mother and father in law Howard and Christina Armes; brothers Coty and Kory Miller; aunts and uncles Jennifer Jones, Lisa Humphrey, Debbie Jones, Pauletta Orick, Tammy Ann Orick; Danny and Donnie Jones, Danny Lee Orick; half sister Tashia; step sister Nika (Wayne) Smith and their children Ali and Nikolas.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday April 8, 2026 from 5:00 pm-6:00 pm at Jackson Funeral Home and Cremation in Oliver Springs. The funeral service will begin at 6:00 pm. Graveside service will be on Thursday April 9, 2026 at 1:00 pm in Davis Cemetery in Coalfield.
