Mr. James Pickard, age 82 of Harriman (Elverton Community) passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at the Lafollette Medical Center Campbell County.
He served our country in the U.S. Air Force and worked as a Concrete Inspector for TVA.
He enjoyed gardening and being outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Edna Mae Edwards Pickard;
Son , Donald Pickard of Oliver Springs
Daughter Marsha (Pickard) Davis.
Survived by his son Michael Pickard of Harriman.
Daughter Candace Pickard of Coalfield.
Sister Mary Bandy of Dalton, GA.
Cremation was chosen with no service at this time. Family to plan something at the family farm at a later date.
