Joe Moretz Obituary

Joe Moretz Obituary

Joe Moretz, 75, passed away on October 30, 2022.

Joe loved this country and was proud to serve in the US Air Force as a Missile Systems Analyst Specialist.  He loved to play golf and spend time with his buddies on the golf course.  Joe was a great storyteller. He enjoyed being with people, telling stories and jokes, and making those around him laugh.

Joe was a Christian and had a strong faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. He loved to share that faith with others. He never met a stranger and talking about the Lord just came naturally. One of his favorite sayings was, “Preach at all times and, when necessary, use words.”

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Adam and Jane Moretz.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy;

His daughters, Natalie (Mike), Carrie and Courtney;

His son, Jared; his favorite brother, Jim;

And brother-in-law, David and sister-in-law, Carol.
