Justin Jenkins Obituary

Justin Derrick Jenkins (aka) Scooby age 34, passed away Friday November 3, 2023.

Derrick had recently started attending church again and trying to change his life before he left this world. He had many struggles but still could find the time to help those in need. He had a heart of gold for those he loved and was a very generous soul and had a smile and laugh that was contagious.

He loved fishing, hunting, and football.

He was preceded in death his Papaw Roy Lavern Jones,

Papaw and Mamaw James and Sandy Jenkins.

Sister Brittany Nicole Jenkins.

Aunt and Uncle Serina and Scott Brown.

Cousins Chris Woods and Shawn Brown.

He is survived by his dad James Douglas Jenkins.

Mother Charlotte Suzanne Burnette and Stepdad Bobby Ray Burnette, Jr.

Sisters:  Jennifer and husband Michel Patterson. Jessica and husband John Dabbs.

Brother, James Dustin Jenkins.

Nieces: Kylie and Jada Jenkins, Melea Patterson, Miranda Paul, Abbagail, Adilyn, Taygen, and Tinsley Dabbs.

Nephews:  Marcus Paul, Leland and Grayson Patterson.

Other family and friends.

Graveside service will be held Thursday November 9, 2023, at the Cedar Hill Baptist Church Cemetery beginning at 1:00 pm
