Kathleen Lambert, 88 of Oak Ridge, Tn, a resident of Sacred Grounds Hospice House, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday July 29, 2025.

Born in Harlan, Kentucky on November 17, 1936, to Stanley and Martha Fee. Kathleen worked at H.A.R.H. Mental Facility for over 20 years as a medical records receptionist.

She loved spending time with her family and especially loved the holidays. Kathleen enjoyed cooking, baking cookies and making candy for her family and friends. She also loved to travel.

She is preceded in death by her parents Stanley and Martha Fee of Cawood KY.

Her Son Carl “Eddie” Ellis of Briceville Tn. and her Husband of many years Walter “Jack” Lambert of Harlan KY.

Sister Karolyn “Sue” Owens of Cawood KY. Brothers Kenneth, Kernie, Kelley, Keith and Kirby Fee.

Half Sisters, Frances Surber and Florence Kylor. Half Brother Claude Fee.

Kathleen is survived by her son Teddy Ellis and wife Virginia of Frankfort KY. (Children) Rebekkah Ellis of Cumberland KY, Kylie Ellis of Harlan KY, Annie Hamblin of Frankfort KY. Jason Hamblin of Georgetown KY, and Michael Hamblin of Campbellsville KY.

Sister Kathrin Jordon of Berea KY and Brother Kenton Fee of Cawood KY.

Granddaughters Crystal Brown husband Jason of Briceville TN. (Children) Haley Marlow of Clinton, TN. Breanna Brown and Jason Brown of Briceville TN.

Tanya Byrge of Briceville TN. (Children) Brittany Byrge of Rocky TopTN. Samantha Whitworth husband Dakota of Jacksboro Tn. and Ethan Byrge of Rocky Top TN.

Grandson James Ellis of Briceville TN.

Great Grandchildren Kyndra Hansard, Kurtlynn Marlow, Kimper Whitworth, Dahlia Whitworth, Vadia Byrge and one on the way, along with a host of nieces, nephews along with other family and friends.

The family would like to give a special mention to Marlene Spivey which was a wife to Kathleen’s late sone Carl Ellis.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
