Kendall Wayne Wormsley, age 64 of Philadelphia (formerly of Coalfield) passed away at his home on Friday, July 18, 2025.

Kendall graduated from Coalfield High School and enjoyed watching his hometown football team , the Coalfield Jackets play. He was also a big fan of the Tennessee Volunteers.

His passion was his motorcycle and he was an avid fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Wormsley.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Sharon Cates Wormsley;

Three sons, Matthew, Mitch and Mark;

Grandchildren, Isaac, Blake, Kara, and Cheyenne;

Great-grandchildren, Braden, Adalyn, Winter, Summer, and Jayce ;

Mother, Janice Adcock Wormsley;

Sisters, Freda Davidson and Annette Surber;

And many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends;

Special Friend, Tom Grizzard.

The family has chosen cremation with a Graveside Service to be held at a later date.
