Mr. Lowell Franklin Shoopman, age 84 of Oliver Springs went home to be with the Lord on February 13, 2026 in Methodist Medical Center. Lowell was born and raised in Oliver Sprigs, TN. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Army and was also a proud Mason.
He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Ruth (Robinson) Shoopman.
and several nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
He chose cremation with no services planned.
