Robert D. Rainey, Sr age 73 of Wartburg passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2022. He served our country in the US Army and became a master electrician. He was a member of the Local 760. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Rainey; Brothers, Leroy and Marvin Rainey; parents, Garvan and Naomi (Garner) Rainey.
He is survived by his children, David Rainey, Teresa (Bill) Hart and Jeffrey (Terry) Hart; grandchildren, Shane (Jessica) Couch and Shallon Hart; great-grandchildren, Madalynn Robinson, Patience and Blaze Couch;
Sisters, Louise Rainey of Seymour and Charlotte Rainey of Oliver Springs;
And a host of nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
Cremation services have been chosen with no services planned.
