Rochelle Bailey, age 93 of Coalfield, passed away Saturday, July 27, 2024 at the Life Care Center in Wartburg.

Mrs. Bailey was born on February 25th, 1931 in Coalfield. She lived in the Wheat Community for 12 years before moving back to Coalfield. Before her retirement she was employed at Roane Hosiery for 22 years and Bailey Battery. She was a faithful member of the Mt. Carmel Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Coalfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer H. Hembree and Maude Estes Hembree, sisters; Ruth Wayne Cogdill, Evelyn Cogdill, Faye Jean Hembree, and Barbara Tinker, and niece Dawn Riley.

Rochelle is survived by sister Georgeanna Koivu and husband Ray, by nieces and nephews; Dwayne Ashley (Susan), Sandy and Jennifer Koivu, Dion Tinker, Heather Patterson (Jerry), and Holly Tinker.

She is also survived by a host of great-nieces, nephews, special friends, and extended family members.

 Visitation will be held Tuesday July 30, 2024 from 4-6 pm with Funeral at 6 pm officiated by Pastor Donn Winn, at Jackson Funeral Home in Oliver Springs, Tn.

Interment will follow in Estes  Cemetery, Coalfield TN
