Sally Carolyn Bullard, age 76 of Rockwood passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022, at the Signature Healthcare. She had worked at UT Knoxville for nineteen years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Emory and Freida (Gore) Taylor.
Four brothers.
She is survived by her brother and his wife, Charles and Sharon Taylor of Knoxville.
