Celebrating the Life of Susie Franklin Gann

Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Susie Franklin (Gann), age 68, of Oliver Springs, TN went home to be with the Lord on September 17, 2025. She was born to the late James Earl Gann and Virginia Shirley Phillips Gann.

She is survived by her children James Davis, Ronald Davis, Heather (Jeremy) Milen, Amber Franklin & Lewis Braden, Tiffany Franklin and Ashely Justes;

15 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

Susie is also survived by her siblings, James Earl Gann, Mary Alice Key, Annie English, Becky Richardson, and Julie Denise Gann; her cousin Kathey (Gann) Moore whom she considered a sister; special cousin Kalei Lindsay along with many dear friends, including Susan Bingham, Bonnie Davis, Linda Davis, Terry Stuart, Bill Howard, Agnas Howard, Pam Goins, Rodney Bittner, and many more who were a true blessing in her life.

Susie wanted to be remembered just as she was in life- strong, loving, and thankful for every blessing. She asked to be cremated, and her ashes will be laid to rest at Overton Cemetery in Harriman, TN beside her parents, brother and loved ones who went before her.

Our family is deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and support shown to Susie. She noticed every act of kindness, and we take comfort knowing she is now at peace.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date and will be posted.
