Rhonda Jackson
Funeral Director and Embalmer
Rhonda is a lifelong resident of Coalfield and has been a funeral professional for over 22 years. She is a licensed funeral director/ embalmer, graduating from John A. Gupton College in Nashville, receiving an associate degree in Mortuary Science. Upon graduation, she worked in an area funeral home for several years, then she was able to fulfill her dream of opening her own facility. She lives in Coalfield and is an active member of Ridgepoint Church of Morgan County.
Stephen Scarbrough
Funeral Director Assistant, Licensed Preneed Specialist
Stephen Scarbrough serves as a funeral director assistant and licensed preneed specialist. He also is the manager of our cemetery monument department. Steve lives in Coalfield with his wife Glenda where they are very active members of Middle Creek Baptist Church.
James Hanks
Funeral Assistant
James Hanks serves as a funeral director assistant. He is married to Marlene Massengale Hanks and they reside in Coalfield. They are active members of the Oliver Springs Church of God of Prophecy.
Teresa McGee
Office Manager, Licensed Preneed Specialist
Teresa is office manager and also a licensed preneed specialist for Jackson Funeral Services. She lives in Oakdale and is an active member of Piney Baptist Church in Oakdale where she serves as choir director.
