Ann... just found out about Harry. So sorry. One of the most likable fellows I ever knew. Those three years at Worthy with you all were great and unforgettable. Harry is still spoken of anytime we're sitting around talking about those great Shaker teams he had.

Mrs. Johnson and Family,
It is so sad to hear of Coach Johnson's passing. I was unaware of his illness until I saw his picture in the Johnson City newspaper. He always had such a pleasing look in his eyes that one never forgets. I was lucky enough to have him as a teacher at R. B. Worthy H.S. in Saltville, VA in 1966. Please know that you and the family are in our prayers and thoughts during this time. May God bless.

Harry was such a fun guy to treat in physical therapy and to have around doing his pool exercises while I was in the pool working with my patients. I have missed him not being here the past several months as the cancer progressed. You have been blessed to have had such a wonderful, funny and gentle spirit in your life.

We have lost a friend and a light. Such an uplifting and gentle spirit, Harry always made my day. We talked about many things, but I will think of you most fondly when I hear the phrase "pitchers and catchers report". I know you're playing baseball in heaven today. RIP, my friend.
